States. However it is not required.

English speaking employees. Also all Resorts and Attractions have English speaking
employees.
Yes, our attorney, Mr. Vargas, would recommend resurveying the property. The surveys
in Costa Rica are called Planos. Our attorney or title company can set you up with a local
surveyor.
SHOULD WE GET THE PROPERTY SURVEYED AND HOW DO WE DO IT?  
Yes, Foreigners can buy property in Costa Rica. They do recommend opening a Costa
Rican Company to purchase Real Estate.
DO WE NEED TO SPEAK SPANISH?
Depending on if you use a Title Company or our lawyer, Mr. Vargas, both would have
escrow accounts and they will give the seller the funds at the signing of paperwork or
closing.
