We are a family owned real estate investment company based out of Florida. We
have been buying and selling real estate here in the US since 2004. We came to
Costa Rica on vacation prior to having our 2nd child and fell in LOVE with the
country, the people and its culture. We purchased our first piece of property on
that first trip there.

We are a family owned business and have 3 BEAUTIFUL children! Katelyn, our
oldest, is 4 years old. Tyler, our middle child and only boy, is 2 years old. And
our newest addition, Alexis, just turned 4 months in February.
