We are a family owned real estate investment company located in Costa Rica. We
have been buying and selling real estate in the US since 2004. We came to Costa Rica
on vacation prior to having our 2nd child in 2007 and fell in LOVE with the country,
the people and its culture. We purchased our first piece of property on that first trip
here in 2007. We have since moved to Costa Rica to better manage our investments.
From our own experience, anyone looking to slow down and get away, Costa Rica is

Besides Warren and myself, we have our 3 BEAUTIFUL children! Katelyn, our oldest, is
4 years old. Tyler, our middle child and only boy, is 2 years old. And our newest
addition, Alexis just turned 1 year old in October, 2010.
